Mirka Bridal Couture’s 5th Anniversary

We want to start off by saying thank you so much to everyone who came to our 5th anniversary party and thank you to everyone’s kind words. We had such an amazing day and it was so lovely to see you all!

To start our day, the wonderful Eva Michnova came to our boutique to do our hair and makeup! She is so incredibly talented and made us feel and look so beautiful on the day. This really set the tone for what was to be a perfect day.

And of course, Mirka made sure that we were all dressed our best! Caitlin was wearing our Rosa gown, such a unique wedding dress that truly fits in any wedding. Amy was wearing our new dress from our upcoming With Love, Mirka collection. Made of recycled materials, this dress is comfortable and perfect not only for our brides but also for the planet!

Now for the food!

We’re still dreaming about our delicious sushi from Koku Shi Kirkcaldy. If you haven’t tried their food yet, we cannot recommend them enough - it’s not just sushi, there are so many delicious meals to choose from.

And how could we forget our cakes from Merchant’s House Cafe? Completely irresistible cakes and such a lovely cafe. You just have to pop in!

Along with our delicious food we had a raffle raising money for Fife Women’s Aid. It was so lovely to see so many local businesses offer vouchers and prizes for such a great cause. We had some amazing prizes from Merchant’s House Cafe, Koku Shi Kirkcaldy, Signature Salon, Chloe Scarlette Hair, Home of Hopcroft, Pier 88, New You Cosmetologie, Eva Michnova Makeup and Hair, and of course from us! We are so happy to announce that we raised £215 for Fife Women’s Aid!

Of course we had to take some time to get some quick selfies and photos! It was so lovely to see some many old and new faces. We can’t thank you all enough for your love and support over the last 5 years and we can’t wait for many more years to come!
