Do I need to book an appointment to visit Mirka Bridal Couture?

We are open to walk in’s throughout the week. However, if you are looking for a private boutique experience where the attention of our consultants is devoted fully to you, then we advise that you book an appointment. This can be done via the phone or on our appointment page.

How long does an appointment last?

An average appointment lasts around 90 minutes.

How far in advance should I book my first appointment?

We recommend for you to make an appointment at least a week in advance, this gives us time to get in touch with you and prepare for your visit.

What does my appointment include?

Our appointments consist of a 90 minute, private, whole boutique experience. During your appointment you will have a chance to see, feel and try on the gowns in our collection. You may even wish to design your own bespoke wedding gown with Mirka.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring the undergarments and shoes you plan to wear on your wedding day to ensure the hemline and bodice are fitted properly. We also suggest that you bring a hairband so that you can tie your hair up if necessary.

How many guests may I bring to my appointment?

At the time being, due to the current COVID-19 restrictions we are only able to accommodate the bride-to-be plus two guests.

How far in advance should I purchase my gown?

We suggest that you place your wedding gown order at least 6 months in advance however, some brides order with up to two years notice!

How many fittings will I need?

Usually two or three fittings are required. However, more fittings may be scheduled if necessary. At your final fitting, your gown will be packed and ready to be taken home.

What is the price range of your gowns?

Bespoke bridal gowns by Mirka start at £1,200. Whilst the collections in the salon range from £1,200 up to £3,000.

Why should I get a bespoke wedding gown?

Designing a completely bespoke wedding outfit is the perfect option for brides who are looking for a one of a kind dress, which is completely unique to them. This is also an amazing option for brides who simply cannot find a dress they love in traditional wedding boutiques.

Do you offer express shipping/collection?

Express shipping is available at the request of the bride, however, this does incur an additional fee.
